The reason the clients of Harrison Data Capture continue to secure the service of HDC lies in the knowledge that primary objectives are continually met; namely, speed, accuracy and communication.

Internal batch procedures ensure all work received is processed and returned, whilst bureau systems provide ready reporting to determine individual statistics and overall job performance.

HDC staff are dedicated to achieving quality results, and are rewarded accordingly.

HDC will apply its quality controls to clients applications wherever possible.

In conjunction with HDC's clients, handling procedures will be determined and implemented to the satisfaction of both parties.
